Brochettes: Baked Ground Beef And Veggies Skewers!!
Nothing precise this time, it really depends on what you have in hand. I am faithful to my meat seasoning however, paprika, cumin, black pepper and I like to add the salt until after the skewers are baked, just to prevent to veggies and meat to dry up. I also love using freshly chopped parsley and cilantro in the ground beef, freshly chopped mint works amazingly well too.
Mix the spices and herbs in with the ground beef. Then have fun and get creative putting together the skewers. Preheat the oven at 300F and bake for about 20 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked.
