1. Caramel:
- 2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk (I only used 1 1/2 cans worth of caramel)
2. Chocolate Cake:
- 1/2 cup 100% unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 oranges zest
- 1 lemon zest
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups butter milk
