Who doesn't like chocolate? In my opinion, brownies are the best way to eat a chocolate cake!! First, because they're super easy and quick to make, and also because they are delicious!!! I'd be lying if I said I didn't make these at least once a week. Now they might not be the healthiest snack you can have but since these are homemade, you're saving yourself a load of unwanted chemicals, high fructose corn syrup, and artificial ingredients you might find in the prepackaged ones. As I always say, "healthy" does

Oreo Cheesecake!!
Now how good does this Oreo Cheesecake look?? Absolutely amazing!! Incredibly delicious!! Extra Creamy... Heavenly good!!! And you know what, it is just as easy to make than it is to eat! All you need is to bring the cream cheese and butter to room temperature before hand. After that, your electric beater will do all the work for you. Also, you will need a huge amount of patience, since the cake needs to cool down completely and then chill in the fridge for about 2 hours before you can dig in. I show you how you can make your own Oreo crust as well. It is really easy and all you need is obviously Oreos and

My Pastry Cream Recipe / Crème pâtissière
Pastry Cream (French Crème pâtissière) is one of the most used creams in baking specially in pastry making.
It is rich, and in this video I show how to make the traditional or the basic pastry cream version. However, it can be flavored differently, with either lemon, chocolate, almond, etc. This cream is used in Pain Aux Raisins, Almond Cream Filled Croissants, Eclairs (Recipe coming soon), Apple tart, and many other recipes.

Pain Aux Raisins/ Snail Pastry
Pain Aux Raisins, Snail Pastry, Danish Roll, Escargot or however you prefer to call these incredible delicious baked goodies are actually pretty easy to make. In this recipe, I chose to make them with a puff pastry (like the one I used for Croissants or Petit Pain Au Chocolat) just because it is the traditional way of making them. It might be a little time consuming but not complicated at all to realize the puff pastry as I have shown in many of previous my videos. You can opt for the quicker way to just incorporate the butter with the flour and skip the folding steps, but I would result in a less flaky and

Almond Filled Croissants

Croissants are surprisingly easy to make. It might take some time to make the puff pastry because it needs to be folded and placed in the fridge for 30 minutes and folded again 5 or 6 times. But once these croissants make it out of the oven I’m sure anybody would agree that it was all well worth it.
This recipe is my own. There are different ways of making the pâte feuilletée (puff pastry) but this is how I found it works best.

Chicken Stuffed Pastry
This recipe is inspired from a traditional Moroccan recipe called "Rghayef dial lferran" which is pastry stuffed with ground beef and a tomato based sauce. I attempted this version of the traditional recipe a few months ago, simply because the beef stuffing recipe made these layered crepes very calorie-dense and not very weight-loss friendly. They have become a family favorite ever since.
These pastries make for a great appetizer when you have family or friends over, and a balanced a quick meal, specially if you have them ready to go in the
freezer. My toddler loves them and would prefer

Croissants et Petits Pains Au Chocolat
I share my homemade croissant and petit pain au chocolat recipe. I show how to make them from scratch.

Croissant & Petit-Pain-Au-Chocolat are a typical French pastry. They are usually served for breakfast but they also make a great snack for adults and younger children.
This recipe is my own. There are different ways of making the pâte feuilletée (puff pastry) but this is how I found it works best.
When placing the cold butter in the dough it shouldn't fall in pieces like it did in this video. But for some reason this recipe gave me a harder time making it when I tried to record it.
